Manifolds

Farval’s engineered manifolds work with single line progressive systems to distribute a measured amount of lubricant to exactly the point it needs to go.

Manifolds are the component in the system that measures and dispenses oil or grease to a friction point. It must be noted that this is not a function of the pump. The pump, or lubricator, controls the volume of oil or grease available for overall system consumption.
1000 and 2500 Series manifolds are modular in design, making them easy to customize to your lubrication needs. Farval U-blocks are versatile and can be used for industrial applications as well as mobile applications. 3000 Series manifolds can serve up to a maximum of 20 lubrication points.

	2500 Series - M2500 Divider Blocks are the principal components of a Bijur Progressive lubricating system. Modular construction makes these blocks easy to install, modify and maintain, without removing any tubing.
	PV-B - PV-B is designed for small-size series progressive lubrication systems. It is a cost-efficient solution for supplying multiple lubrication points with relatively small volumes of oil and grease.
	1000 Series - The Series 1000 progressive divider valve manifold distributes & proportions incoming oil or grease to bearing points.
	3000 Series - The Series 3000 progressive divider valve manifold distributes and proportions incoming oil or grease to bearing points.
	FD Series - Designed for use with progressive oil or grease systems, these valves are of steel construction with Viton® O-rings standard.
	A2500 air/oil valve - The A2500 Air/Oil valve assembly mounts directly onto Farval and most competitors’ modular divider assemblies.  It allows delivery of metered air and oil to any lube point.
