Applications Engineer

Location: Kinston, NC

Regular work hours: M-F, 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.
Department: Sales
Basic function of the position: Responsible for providing applications support to customers,salesmen,etc

Principle duties of the position:
♦ Develop quotations for lubrication components and systems
♦ Develop customer approved lubrication schematics
♦ Order Entry into BPCS system as required
♦ Work with Regional Sales Manager(RSM) to define special customer applications and interface with customers on an “as needed” basis to support the RSM. Other duties that may be required include:
♦ Customer visits with RSM
♦ Customer training support
♦ Some travel to customer locations may be required which may include overnight stay.

CNC Operator

Location: Kinston, NC

Regular work hours: M-F, Midnight -- 8:00 A.M. (initially 6-8 weeks first shift training)
Department: Machine Shop
Basic function of the position: Responsible for set-up and running of CNC equipment

Technical Customer Service Representative

Location: Morrisville, NC

Basic Function of Position: We are positioned to enter new markets with innovative products and solutions for various industrial applications and need someone to help support our growing customer base.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
♦ Investigating and providing technical information to potential and established customers, distributors, engineers, and customer service staff as needed.

♦ Clarifying product line to customer's satisfaction

♦ Fully processing customer's purchase orders from conception to delivery

Assisting internal personnel in determining correct part number and description of products as requested by customers.

♦ Managing on an ongoing basis, all customer warranty and non-warranty records in conjunction with Farval Lubrication and Bijur Ireland

Providing information to manufacturing assembly personnel concerning quality usage of product line.

Providing information and technical support to Regional Sales Managers.

Travel as required by Customer Service Supervisor.

Providing accurate and timely product information to all internal and external customers.

Managing daily order processes in support of company sales budget

Exceeding the customer recommendations consistently.

Recommending new products and procedures to meet customer needs.

Required Skills:
Strong mechanical/technical background
♦ Ability to work independently
♦ Ability to multi task
♦ Persistent investigative skills

Good verbal and written communication skills
Basic knowledge of machinery
Basic math skills
Team player
Attention to detail

Educational Requirements:
One year experience in customer service, in an industrial environment.
High School Diploma
